What is Autura Verified Payments?
Autura Verified Payments (AVP) is a new feature allowing buyers to pay for vehicles instantly online, including the winning bid, fees, and taxes. This feature simplifies the payment process for sellers and buyers.
How do I enroll in AVP?
For new sellers, simply apply to sell and we’ll reach out to get your auction and AVP setup.
For existing sellers, reach out to your customer success representative to get started.
Does AVP cost extra?
No. It is free to enroll your sale in AVP. There is no added cost passed on to either sellers or buyers.
What payment methods are accepted?
Autura Verified Payments provides a simple and secure payment process. Vehicles can be paid for via ACH, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
How do I release a vehicle with AVP?
Once a buyer has completed payment, they will receive a “gate code.” All you have to do is confirm the gate code at pickup to release a vehicle.
